Manager, Member Relations
As the ACP Membership Manager, Laura strives to provide our members with the very best service, manages our dynamic Member Relations team, and acts as a direct liaison for our member’s needs and request to the organization. This includes answering queries, providing information, managing member benefits, onboarding new members, overseeing member communication, and maintaining membership records, dues, and updates. Laura also works across departments to implement member webinars, update our systems and processes, and maintain committee records. A graduate of Temple University and a Native Washingtonian, Laura enjoys exploring the city and spending time with her family.
