As the Director of Human Resources at American Clean Power, Cindy is a strategic business partner supporting ACP leaders. She brings over 20 years of experience as a HR Business Partner focused on leadership and employee development, talent and performance management, employee engagement, leadership coaching, organizational design, DE&I, and change management. In addition, she holds an Executive Coaching Certification. Prior to joining ACP Cindy most recently worked in Aerospace manufacturing and Education technology. When not working, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and spoiling her rescue dog Ozzie.
