Wade Giltz

Director, Southeastern State Affairs

Wade Giltz is the Director of Southeast State Affairs at the American Clean Power Association (ACP). In this capacity, he is responsible for advancing ACP’s legislative and political objectives across the southeast region.

Before joining ACP, Wade planned and directed grassroots campaigns in support of proposed utility-scale solar and wind developments as a Senior Manager at Calvert Street Group. Prior to his work in the private sector, Wade served as a congressional aide in the office of Illinois Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi. He began his career as a United States Marine stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and served as an advisor to the Afghan National Army while deployed to Afghanistan.

Wade earned his B.A. in Political Science at West Virginia University. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his fiancée Katie and their dog Boomer and watching the Mountaineers and New York Yankees. He resides in Nashville, Tennessee, but is a proud native of coastal North Carolina.
